The engineer fixed my phone in 20 minutes, changed the screen and was kind enough to put free temper glass on my phone. The engineer was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. The service was professional and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it.

This con man fitted a new iPhone screen for me a few weeks ago with a lifetime Guarantee. Couldn’t have been nicer when taking the money for the new screen. The phone screen packed in and now unable to use the phone. Took it back to him today. Wasn’t interested one bit. Said the phone must have been dropped (which it definitely wasn’t) and was not covered under the Guarantee. Would recommend before using this shop for screen fixing as the lifetime guarantee is a lie. He took £60 for a screen that lasted around three weeks

The engineer is very polite, knowledgeable and fast! I popped in to have a battery replaced on my daughter’s iPhone and he also advised he could fix the charging port (something the Apple Store couldn’t do) and slight crack to back. I will be back to have these services as it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing.
