When our commercial kitchen extractor wasn’t working we contacted Ray. He responded quickly and arrived within a couple of hours, exactly at the time when he said he would. Good company

Had a problem with our fan on a Sunday night, rang Ray at 10pm call answered straight away , took some photos of the fan and sent them to him ,was quoted for either a repair or replacement within 1 hour, as there was 2 fans within the unit decided to replace the whole unit as didn’t want the same thing happening 3 months down the line . Ray offered to replace the next day but we said leave it for another day as we were closed that day and had to take down the ceiling to gain access to the fan.Ray was very competent and it was actually quite stress free , compared to other dealing I’ve had with extraction companies.Would 100% recommendThank you Ray
