My two loved Rock Tots and Rock Kids, they are brilliant classes for developing coordination, balance and confidence, as well as climbing skills, of course.Making exercise fun at an early age is so important and these classes are amazing fun, so I’m hoping they will set them up for finding exercise good fun for the rest of their lives - one of them has grown out of Rock Kids and is still an enthusiastic climber, so it’s clearly working so far!
