Luke was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable in his field. My son is playing for ulster rugby u19 team and had problems with his hamstring and shoulder. Luke took his time with him and asks lots of questions before working on him. He felt great afterwards and the follow up videos of exercises to do was really helpful. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him

I have started attending sessions with luke following a recent accident. There is so much difference now, pain and movement are a lot more manageable. I would highly recommend anyone to luke.

Another session from Luke and 2 days later my back and shoulders are definitely not as tight. It’s great to wake up in the morning and feel good even before I stretch. Highly recommend!
