As an owner of SW water who charge us huge sums for “processing sewerage” they then use the smallest excuse to pump said sewerage into our seas and estuaries.I regularly participate in water sprouts and often can smell sewerage when out. I have known of people getting ill. we focus on clean cites with ULEZ so what about clean waters?They are money grabbing profiteers who do not care a jot about the en I they are tasked to protect. Ofwat need to strip Pennon of this business and put it into better hands.

As a shareholder I am so angry with Pennon right now. They send share certificates via normal royal mail, when they go missing, I am now liable to pay 100's to replace them?!. The ironic thing is I send them a complaint letter and they don't receive the complaint letter either. Talk about double standards / trying to extort as much ££ from anyone they deal with.You would expect them to be ashamed, no they couldn't care less.

This company has no shame, it does not use 'profits' to invest in critical infrastructure, it pays them to it's shareholders and overpaid executives. They clearly misunderstand the nature of 'public service'. No wonder other countries do not copy our system of water privatisation - it, like the sewage that they pump into our rivers and seas, stinks!

Totally incompetent. I experienced 10 months of bungling and uselessness as they chased me for money, threatening to take me to court and cut off my water supply, even though they have now finally admitted I don't owe them a penny. Do not trust or even use this company if you can avoid them
