Visited yesterday for first time in ages nice big store lots of choice. And was clean you should send the manager to the Clydebank one was in there last week and be back it's very empty shelves and dirty

Valuable products in good cost

Large supermarket with great choices. This is one of the larger Asda stores I have visited although others have more floorspace due to the fact they have two floors.this is the first time I have come across Asda having concession stands to other retailers in the middle of the store.nicely laid out and plenty of space, also well stocked.

Sunday 9th August 2020 bought asda summer fruits juice from refrigerated unit and noticed a spillage of what looked like chocolate milk spilt over the shelf and bottles of summer fruits juices. A week later returned to buy more summer fruits juice and spillage from previous week still there, not been cleaned. Spoke to a sales assistant at the kiosk to ask to speak to a manager. The sales assistant pulled a disgusting face when I told her. She got the duty manager Steven who apologised and said that should have been cleaned right away with a supervisor checking this had been done. The following week was in again and noticed a spillage, this time from the summer fruits juice, but also noticed at the back of the shelf there was still a spillage of the chocolate milk. The actual refrigerated grill was thick with dirt and grime, absolutely disgusting. Took some photos of it. Went along to the egg aisle to discover a broken egg shell with yoke running down pallet and onto the floor. Waited for a good few minutes but not one assistant noticed it. Took another photo. Have reported this matter to head office along with the photos. You would think their standard of hygiene would be spot on due to coronavirus, but obviously not. Will be sending pictures to local papers to warn people to avoid Asda Dumbarton.

Male till operator at customer service/ cigarette kiosk was less than helpful when I asked if I could give him £20 in assorted coins to pay for my cigarettes. Explained this was all the money I had. Told me his till was full and wouldn't take any more change. Felt like a pauper the way in which he spoke to me and he had the most unfriendly face. Not the kind of person who should be at customer service counter.Have to mention the girl at self service area was more than helpful when I checked out.

Nice big store well laid out. Got everything that I went in for. You can now link up your blue light card to there rewards app.

It has all different products from chilled, frozen, grocery, electrical, clothing, etc, depending on what your looking for. Free parking, cash machine available. Plants etc. No petrol station.

A good big store with a wide variety of stock, also a fair amount of empty shelves. The checkout is good, I particularly like the scan and go, one improvement that could be made is digital receipts in the same way Lidl does.

The delivery is usually good but today I was expecting mine between 10-12. No one called to say the driver couldn't reach me and had went back to the store. 5 hours later and my order is apparently still out for delivery. Phoned the number on the app and they have contacted the store to call me back so I can reschedule and add my original basket to the shop. Still nothing.....Order no. 5402214000044Took til the following day to get my money back when I called the store again with the extension code another driver gave me. The woman who answered continually said everyone was lying, there was no Jim and the store was just too busy to call any of the customers to tell them there orders weren't coming.
