Great products, very knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices, what's not to like?

Graham is such a helpful chap, always keeps you well informed about progress with the online order (often by phone in a good-humoured chatty way) and knows his onions. I've bought two lenses for my Nikon Z6 at reasonable prices and Hilton will be my first port of call for any future accessory purchases.

Long-established local business, well-stocked showroom and the kind of service you cannot get from Amazon. I needed a rucksack for my professional camcorder and its accessories. After arranging to attend with my camera, I met Graham who patiently helped me find suitable rucksack by loading my kit into various in-stock designs until we found the best one for the job, providing advice along the way. At the end, I walked out as a happy customer with the rucksack on my back and with all my kit safely stashed inside. I was given great advice about the differences between makes of tripods.I asked about flexible tripods and was shown the Cullmann Alpha 380 and how it was suitable for my needs!
