Michael and Max were extremely helpful when I called in at short notice with a tyre problem. They went above and beyond to fit us in and sort out the issue which if left could have caused a serious accident. Thank you very much

Went to get 2 wheels balanced. No vehicles there. 2 men on their mobiles. Simply told can't do it today. No apology or reason given.

Can't Fault the guts here, helpful don't try to hike up prices or make up work, had by last 4 MOTs here for a sports car and an SUV, never felt like they have been anything less than honest , which is always a concern with large chain garages, these guys offer the sort of service local garages used too,As a Bonus Grab a Groupon ATS , MOT and Aircon voucher for a huge saving. You can buy them in advance and keep them . You need to book you MOT over the phone once you have a voucher.I have an issue with an Aircon voucher that was going to expire and they were super helpful, the main guy in the desk is really good at his job.Only negative thing is the price of some spares, this is set by ATS , but the service is can't fault.They are always happy to let you buy and fit the parts yourself.Good work guys at Barnstaple ATS.

Helped me very quickly when my exhaust came off whilst I was on holiday in the area. Michael was very good at sourcing the part needed ASAP so I could travel home the day I needed to.

These guys are great, no heavy sell, very helpful and willing to give their knowledge to help with issues. Totally worth using their service.

Tried phoning today (Monday) around mid-day-ish, but no one answered the phone after several minutes, so I went in (8 miles..) on the off chance to get wheels balanced & alignment checked on my car. The gentleman lounging at the desk at reception was quite offhand, informing me that they couldn't fit me until 3 days hence - in spite of the fact that there seemed VERY little activity whilst I was there.I got the distinct impression that as I wasn't buying any tyres, I was of no real importance..!!I have used these people before, and been very happy - but now, FORGET IT..!! I will most certainly advise our community to avoid them, and to pass the word around - certainly whilst the current management in is situ.

Unbelievably bad service. Broke a sensor and tried to cover it up, let me leave without securing wheelnuts, phoned me when they realized, put tyre pressures at 42psi instead of 30psi. Had to have a tyre reseated. They only had to fit two tyres but it cost me a total of four hours. The staff lied, the service was not just poor but dangerous and have lied about a refund and the toilets where absolutley disgusting. Worst tyre fitting experience ever. ATS need to sort this out.
