Ian was so punctual he was actually early, incredibly polite and friendly from the off and, equally as importantly, professional and efficient throughout. Excellent service (and excellent conversation!). Would use again without question and would highly recommend.

Great customer service and a great end result. The online booking tool made it so easy and convenient to book an appointment and the work was carried out within a week of booking. Our chimney liner was properly swept and our stove was looking good as new after just half an hour with absolutely no mess on our cream carpets. Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to offer helpful advice on everything from getting the best out of our stove to good places to pick up a new oak beam mantelpiece. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Ian and team. They make things very easy compared to other sweeping companies and individuals we have used in the past from ease of online booking, payment and communication. He was always punctual and left everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Cheroo Chimney Sweeps. Ian was very friendly and efficient and rang me ahead of arriving to check if he could come earlier - which was perfect . He was very clean and left my stove glass looking like new . Cheers !

Cheroo Chimney Sweeps
They fitted a new log burner in an existing fireplace which had to be opened out.Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean and conscientious. On time. Very hard working and went the extra mile to make sure you were completely satisfied. I used them on recommendation and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent service. Very easy to use website with great booking/payment system. Ian arrived promptly, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He swept the chimney quickly and efficiently, checked over and cleaned the stove, did safety checks, issued a certificate and offered best advice I have had so far on how to use the woodburner efficiently. No mess and very tidy worker. Highly recommended for his knowledge, friendliness and efficiency. Will definitely use again.

Arrived early and did a fantastic job of cleaning the stove and sweeping the chimney flue. Absolutely no mess left behind. Highly recommend and will use again. Very ease to book as well on their website.

Highly recommended. We have used Cheroo Chimney Sweeps 2 years in a row and both times Ian has arrived promptly, done an excellent job, left no mess whatsoever, given good advice and been very friendly. Easy to book online and pay by card when he's finished the job.
