Very good showroom with excellent customer service

We travelled up from South Devon and took the opportunity to pop in and see if we could have a quick look at some of the Ferrari cars. We were blown away by the warm welcome we received by the team at Grey Paul Ferrari!!! They couldn't do enough to make our visit as special as possible. Special attention was given to our 2 young boys who were invited to sit in their champion winning 488 challenge racing car! Needless to say that their dreams were made true and given memories that we'll never forget. We would like to personally thank Michelle and Chris for all their time, hospitality, and warm family approach to welcoming us into the showroom. We've had an amazing afternoon and have learned so much about what the true meaning of ferrari stands for, its family. We will be travelling back down to South Devon with fond memories of our visit to Grey Paul, and would strongly recommend anyone with children, regardless of your background, to visit this special team. We'll also now be looking at following the 488 challenge and will hopefully be attending some of the tracks as the championships star shortly. But whatever happens, we'll definitely be popping in to see our new friends Michelle and Chris on our next visit to Nottingham.

What an amazing place! I brought some students here to kick-start our topic around cars and we were all overwhelmed with the welcome and hospitality we received during our visit. Everyone we spoke to - on the main reception and all the staff around the showroom - were so accommodating and happy for us to be visiting. A special thanks goes to Michelle who looked after us so well, sharing her expertise and letting us have the wonderful experience of sitting in the cars too. Her kindness and warmth made for such a memorable experience for us all. I've never visited a showroom like it and i'm sure we will be back! Thank you!

Was seamless service. Dropped off car, had a coffee, given keys to Audi A2 courtesy car. Then picked up car 2 days later. Pricing was as agreed.

Fantastic Service!From the initial phone query which ended up with me paying a refundable deposit over the phone the service has been exceptional.I had a very warm welcome from the reception team ( who were expecting me ) when i first arrived at the showroom.I then met the sales executive Jonathon Park i started the process with who has been amazing from the 'unveiling' of my new Maserati Ghibli to me driving away.Every time i called with a query he has always answered or returned my calls asap.I have had my car for 2 weeks and love the new 2litre mild hybrid, its amazing!Many thanks again to Jonathon and the team for a very enjoyable experience.David Davies.
