Not bad for the price. Friendly staff. The room was a decent size. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Sadly, the en suite bathroom was a little shabby and the shower poor. Free on-site parking was a definite bonus.

Very basic. Just a bed for the night, wouldn't book if you planned to spend time in your room etc. Bathroom was a good size but abit damp. Walls were abit dirty from previous guests. Wouldn't pay anymore than we did to stay here but the staff were delightful and very helpful

Stayed in the apartments on top floor and found them to be very clean modern with everything you need for self catering. Good sized living room bedrooms and bathroom. Plenty of off road parking on the grounds and within walking distance of the city centre.Great Italian restaurant on ground floor. Both hotel and restaurant well priced and great staff who couldn't do enough to help and would definitely recommend and stay again next time in Hull.

I recently visited this hotel for a few days and it was a lovely night stay. The beds were soft to satisfaction and the showers and toilets opporated like they should with a great TV service. The employees there were also really lovely and kind. I accidently got some stains on their sheets but they were really lovely and understanding about it. I would 100% come back here when I do. Walls might be thin but as long as you don't have noisy neighbours then you'll be fine

I phoned this hotel before I booked it to ask if they had any wheelchair friendly rooms in a quiet part of the hotel. I was told yes, when we arrived at the hotel we were shown our room which was next to the reseption, again I asked is this a quiet room, yes was the reply. We quickly descovered there was not enough room to get my wheelchair around the bed, so we were told we could not change rooms, we could move the bed, which we did. When we settled down to sleep we heard everyone who came in, every word they said, the doors slamming, the phone calls, the security alarm (tripped by accident) we were told. Eventually we fell asleep around 2am. At 6am we were woken by loud voice calling all his work mates to get up, he was right outside our door, then more doors slamming, then him talking to the reseptionist and his crew. That stopped when they all left at 7am. Then another man started going on about all the big bags of pillows blocking the corridor, two men moved them, talking the whole time. We fell back to sleep until 11am, when again the talking and the phone and banging doors started. We again asked if we could move rooms, but again we were told no, even though several people had booked out, we could not have them because they could not clean them, I offered to clean it myself, but the answer was still no. We found out during all this that we were meant to have room 7, but someone had swapped it over, obviously they too had complained about room 10. We left a day early.

Stayed for a week as a base for visiting places all around hull. Apartment was clean and spacious. We had a frontal apartment which was a little noisy so if we go again we'll book one at the back. Staff friendly and on hand should you need them.

This is at the budget end of the hotel market but it has a friendly welcome, comfy beds, ensuite bathrooms with baths and showers, facilities to make a drink and free parking. You feel safe as a solo traveller. It is opposite Beverley Rd baths for a swim and buses pass every 5 minutes to the city centre.
