Absolutely brilliant service. Called on a Sunday morning and had the cat flap fitted in 20 mins by 3.50pm in the afternoon. Also mentioned that a tap upstairs needed tightening and he very kindly did this too and has saved us the worry of a leaking tap! What a fabulous service! Thanks so much

Marc was absolutely amazing. I can't recommend him enough. He was easy to communicate with and very flexible when I had to change our arranged time last minute. I wasn't sure where I wanted the cat flap so he talked me through all the options and gave me his recommendation. He was cleaned up after himself and left the area possibly cleaner than it was when he arrived!! Marc gave me a thorough explanation of how to use the cat flap and told me to let him know if I had any issues. A really good experience and a lovely, efficient man.
