Simply Safer took my catering team through food hygiene level 3 training. A team that has various skills and abilities and learning styles. Ruth has a fantastic ability to adapt to the various people within the room to ensure they got the individual training they needed without taking away from others.The training was a fantastic exercise both professionally for the team and motivationally for the team. Ruth is someone that has great passion in her work and that has had a continued effect on myself and the team.I look forward to working with Ruth in the future and I would advise this to any other catering professionals.
