I was recommended to this agency by a friend and in truth did not explore alternatives. That said the initial response was so professional and helpful i did not feel i could be in better hands. I have an elderly father (96) whose physical functionality is much deteriorated and needs constant attention. i am still working and travelling so i needed flexible and on call support. My father wanted to stay in his own home rather than go into a hospice so the agency were tasked with finding 16 hours of attendance per day to include cooking, cleaning and personal care. We were offered two people who alternate and whose skill and care have made this whole episode painless. If for any reason the carer is unable to attend the agency always respond with an alternative. I cannot recommend this agency more highly.

One of the best agency in the UK. As a top earning domestic staff I can confirm that dealing with agencies are getting harder especially that agents have no relevant experience in the domestic industry and yet they have the power to select candidates. No wonder why both the candidates and employers are struggling to find the right person/job. With Graham agency my experience is completely the opposite. One of the best Agency! Agents are highly experienced and can offer good jobs. Probably they have the best paid jobs in the industry, no wonder why candidates hardly ever leaves employers. As someone who works in this industry many years it is crucial to deal with an agency where agents are highly experienced and understand the domestic industry. Sadly I was dealing with agencies were agents had 0 understanding and experience in this industry and yet they have the power to select candidates (unfortunately most of the agency in London fall in this category).
