Bare Glazed Studio
Popped in to do a one hour wheel throwing session - very fun, me and my partner made 3 pots each and get to go back a few weeks after to glaze them. Considering doing a longer weekly course!

Bare Glazed Studio
It was my daughters 9th birthday. She wanted a party at bare glazed studio. We invited 8 of her friends. When we arrived at the studio Carly had decorated the studio in birthday banners, balloons and much more. My daughter loved it! During the party Carly have the girls a theme in which they made monsters and pumpkins. The girls loved it! Carly was so good with the children she spoke through every step and guided them amazingly. Carly was super friendly and most welcoming. The girls loved the party and on the car ride home my daughter asked to go back next year! If your thinking about booking, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Myself and my partner were so impressed. If I could Id give her a 10/10 stars.

Bare Glazed Studio
Carly is a great teacher and the studio is a welcoming and creative space. I joined a 6 week course and learnt about different techniques and glazes. It was great to have something to go to weekly and see the process of making something from start to finish! I have been making pottery at home now and use her kiln hiring service which is very handy and it’s nice knowing everything is in safe hands. Everything is fired promptly and without hassle and I would 100% recommend

I have been attending Bare Glazed Pottery for a couple of years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Carly is patient, encouraging and supportive of all my ideas and has taught me how to handle clay. The studio has a calmness about it and is a very friendly place. Book in for a session, you won’t regret it!

Bare Glazed Studio
We loved every moment! Carly was kind enough to set up a whole date for us! The decorations were adorable, she provided snacks and drinks, she even had a playlist of my favourite songs and a schedule of activities. She is an amazing teacher - both of us came away feeling super sunshiny and just so happy, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Spending time with her in the studio felt like hanging out with your best friend in art class on a Friday after lunch taught by your favourite teacher! She made our anniversary one to forever remember and we cannot recommended her enough. We made so many cool things and had a blast doing it. She’s been excellent communicating and discussing our wants and needs throughout the lead up and even after has kept us up to date with the status of all our mad creations. We cannot wait to return as a family! If you’re looking to learn and have a fabulous time I highly recommend her.

Bare Glazed Studio
Carly is an incredibly skilled and patient teacher with extensive knowledge on ceramics. I have followed both the 8 week course and a separate throwing course at Bare Glazed Studio and am grateful to have learned so many knew techniques. It is a weekly zen-moment in which you’re both guided to challenge yourself and left free to develop your own style. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone who enjoys ceramics.

I had the absolute pleasure of joining a hand building class at Bare Glazed Studio about a year ago and Carly made it so easy to be a beginner. I have recently started using a membership option which gives me so much flexibility to come in when it suits and it has given me the confidence to expand my practice with time on the wheel.Carly is an incredible teacher. She is encouraging, supportive and fantastic to bounce ideas off.I would recommend this studio to anyone :)

My children adore Carly. She is so creative and patient. We love Bare Glazed Studios , the children express themselves through art freely and she’s supportive with helping them with their creations. They also keep her extra busy with chats , ha ha and she doesn’t mind which makes them feel so comfortable. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
