I used this showroom to pick up an online order. This is a new store in Bromley and looks great! Arrived into the store and was greeted immediately. We were offered a glass of water while we waited for the item to be collected. Once collected, the process of identifaion was rightly thorough which includes stamping of warranty. Links were adjusted for my watch. This did take a little while but I can understand this can be a little tricky with new watches. The sales consultants were very friendly and helpful to ensure the watch was adjusted to the desired length. Sitting wiaiting in from of Tudor was also very tempting! Thank you goldsmith's!
