Warm cozy, staff polite and helpful. Apart from the tables needed clearing and cleaning though. Found a nice window seat . Good selection of hot cold drinks and sweet savoury bites to eat .

There was hair all over the spoons and therefore in my coffee after I had used it to mix, no one offered to make a new one or refund us. We didn’t notice until it was in our mouths

A warm jolly place to sit down with the kids after a long day shopping at merseyway. The quality of food/drink is outstanding. By far the best coffee I have ever had and the kids loved their hot chocolate with cream. They also have vegan options which was helpful for us because the wife is vegan.
