Amazing experience buying a guitar here. There was a great selection, but more important to me is the no pressure sales environment. I was invited to play whatever I like, take how ever much time I needed, and at no time did the store owner make me feel pressured to buy. I went into the shop 3 times over 3 weeks and they were equally kind and helpful each time. I won't buy guitars or equipment anywhere else moving forward.

A wonderful hidden gem of a shop, which I hope is getting more traffic now that there's less competition in York. The staff are warm and knowledgeable, and the set-up of my electric was impeccable. I also sold an electro-acoustic with them and they got an excellent price for it. Nothing but praise for RWB.

Geoff and Mike in RWB are really helpful and knowledgeable. Great shop and well worth a visit. Apparently now the only guitar shop in York centre. Some fantastic stuff.

A little hidden in a sense as the first thing you see instead of a guitar shop sign is the e-cig signage. However, you can find some fairly good guitars here for cheap. Staff are polite and are willing to help given your request is within reasonable measures
