I've been using Lion Automation since early 2019 to provide a full home automation install and maintenance.I spent 8 months of research trying to determine the best approach to home automation considering open system to closed system, the big brands and the small emerging start ups. I landed on Loxone and I’m very glad I did! Their end to end solution is very well thought through and it all just works.The system is only as good as the designer/installer and my experience has been through James at Lion Automation and I cannot speak highly enough. He’s a cut above and must be one of their best installers. He’s saved me so many times whether it’s something I missed through the project, and he finds a way around (likes new doors being installed and me forgetting to tell him know so he could pre-wire them) or one of the other trades mistakes (like when someone drilled through an electrical wire under a balcony and James saved me hundreds of £ with a work around).Having worked with James for a few years now I know I can completely trust him, from pricing through to quality, he treated my house like it was his own.He's a qualified electrician and he helped with everything from system design through to install. He did everything from gates, to lights, to rainwater harvesting monitoring, to my pool.. all first rate. He found ways around every challenge. I’ve not once heard him complain or ever be beaten by a challenge. I would suggest anyone looking for home automation to speak with James from Lion Automation. Lion Automation provide a reliable, fast, and professional service. Their engineers are extremely knowledgeable especially James who is able to tell you gate safety requirements on the stop without having to refer to documents and legislation. Highly recommended.
