This is my regular go to meat provider. I was researching meat suppliers who do not use RS Methods and came across this local business. I was invited to visit the farm and they showed me around explaining the whole process of excellent Animal Welfare while on the farm, the reasons why they have strong affections for UK Rare Breeds (Sheep & Pigs) and the need to help keep the breeds alive through farming conservation schemes as used by Ryecroft Rare Breeds.The quality of meat is clear to taste and see. You get what you pay for but with the added bonus your purchasing are helping preserve UK Rare Breeds. I will never buy meats from Supermarkets or butchers due to lack of trust and this business has earned mine.So far I have purchased Mutton Legs, Diced Mutton, Mutton Burgers, Pork Sausages, Dry-Cured Streaky/Back Bacon. They now have new stock lines inc Moroccan Spiced Sausages for those who need a spice kick.Buying local, supporting local Farmers and businesses is another reason to support this business.Buy with confidence and you will not be disappointed.
