I’ve recently started my own business. I wanted to keep my new business and personal life separate, so Dan and his team set me up with a new VOIP system which is accessible on my phone and IT system. It all works really well and it’s great because I have the back up support should I need it. The demo of FLOW UC was also very straight forward and understandable. Having worked with Purple for many years we would not recommend anyone else. Our phone system had been installed and maintained by them for over 10 years. When we moved into a new unit, all cabling and networking was undertaken by the team to a very high standard. Last week our phone system failed due to age and without disruption to the business a new system was supplied and installed to their usual high standards.

Purple Telecoms helped the charity that I work for to relocate the telephone system. We had already been messed about no end by BT and Purple Telecoms came as a refreshing change.The engineer that was booked to attend showed up on the right day at the right time and did the work required with a minimum of fuss.
