Appalling service. Charged another customer for my fuel inadvertently, her fuel was £45, mine £69, clearly she was £24.00 out of pocket. We attempted to get her a refund back to her debit card unsuccessfully - I was asked to go to the ATM and withdraw cash to pay the other customer the difference between the £69 she had been charged and the £45 which they subsequently then charged me.. rather than refunding her transaction prior to processing mine!!! Bizarre…. What is worse is the other customer has been left £4 out of pocket as the cash machine only dispenses £10 notes and I was declined exchange in cash from the till point to enable me to give her the outstanding £4.00. Staff very dismissive of what I was attempting to explain to them….. will not be returning.

Today was my first time dealing with my Nectar card when fueling with Esso. Both members of staff were very helpful when assisting me so thank you to them.

Tried to charge me £35 for 30g of tobacco. Don't think so buddy

The lads n lassies are sound. They keep the forecourts clean and the inside of the shop is always stocked clean and tidy . You can visit the toilet knowing that the toilet is clean and free of germs. Keep up the good work please people.

Nipped past here to drop off a parcel.Seemed like a decent place.
