Brilliant customer service, emailed the sales team to see if a item was in stock and if i could collect. The next day I drove down to the store, I was greeted by a really helpful guy who went and got my chainsaw. He then put it together for me and tested it. asked if i knew how to use it and explained everything. I'm not sure how they could improve of the quality of the service. will be using again in the future.

run foundry when over the road new bob and son adam and never forget bal ,they allways joked about me walking around store with a shoping basket but i did purchase lots of oddments came back last year for a refactometer which they aquired no problem at going price good to hear there still in buisness .

This firm is absolutely disgraceful ordered my partner a pair of boots last Friday (note the 24-48hr) they were not dispatched within that time they were only dispatched yesterday 5 days after ordering them. They did not have a reason for why it took so long to be dispatched. Asked for a refund as he needs to go to work he has already lost money due to not being able to work without these boots. We now have to wait 2-3 days for this. Advise anybody to not use this company if they needed something in a hurry like we did!!

Needed a special drill bit thanks to the helpful staff I managed to get what i needed to get my job done nice work lads.Definitely recommend

I dropped two chainsaws off for a service on the 12th February. Upon discussion with the member of staff behind the till I was advised 8-10 days I should have them back. As of today, the 12th May I have had one saw back.I rang multiple times and was promised a call back from the maintenance team and got nothing. I eventually went in and was advised they were in bits and being worked on. I again chased for an updated after a number of weeks via phone and was again promised call backs that I never received. I was advised they had been out sourced for repair when I eventually went in to the store again and they’d be back asap and you were experiencing a particularly busy period - I can completely understand this but, you never communicated this to me until I pushed on why it was taking so long.I rang the store again 14th April and was advised one saw had been back a couple of days and I could collect it (I am still unsure why no one called me to say it was ready and realistically how long it would have sat there if I hadn’t rang).I was advised my other saw was beyond repair however, I asked for it back to strip for parts - I was told it would be back in the store in a few days. I visited the store again the following week and was advised you’d call when it had come back in. I chased again 10th May with a phone call and was promised a call back, to the 12th May I’ve still not had that call back…. Again. For the 4th-5th time.From start to finish the customer service has been appalling. I’ve actually lost faith I will ever see the one saw again. I’ve shopped in the store for a number of years but, after this incident I think I’ll take my custom elsewhere and would advise others to do the same.

Needed a specific tool. That had 1 in stock. Collected next day. A true Aladdins cave. Lots of different makes. Top mark to Adam & Matt, could not of been more helpful. Thanks.

Decided to send them my ride-on lawnmower for a service. Worst decision ever. Quality of service was poor. On collection, I pointed out that the worn belt would need to be replaced. Product came back with existing belt in situ. After using the first time, belt failed. Hard to see what I paid £150 for ? Expensive blade sharpening process - and possible oil change - who knows ? In the absence of a tick sheet" - I have no idea what was done - and why it took nearly 8 weeks to get "finished". I emailed the Manager - nothing back. They obviously don't need your business. Don't use."

Great service and fast delivery, ordered a mower on Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday
