I've been contacted by this company three times in two days via phone and email regarding university and national apprenticeship service. This is where the goverment and universitys waste money. I do not want to pay what I do to a third party to do surveys, this is why we have so many issues and we have so much student debt. The money management of our goverment and university is appalling! Bigger issues need sorting than lining these company's pockets!

Called me in the last ten minutes of England's Rugby World Cup Quarter Final game. I know you guys are unhappy about Scotland going out early, but please don't call again!! Blocked and reported. Very unprofessional company to cold call on Sundays too.

The staff here treat their employees in an utterly deplorable way. Diane Leishman and John Buchan have a level of arrogance and laziness that beggars belief in pretending they haven't received emails because they're too lazy to reply to them. They have absolutely no regard for anyone who works in that office and I would stay as far as way as possible for ever working for these people.

Relentlessly and continuously cold calls. Several times a day, every day. Not exactly the best practice for a business. As a Market Researcher" you would think they would know the market doesn't endorse or enjoy this method of research."

I've worked for Ipsos MORI, it's terrible harassment call centre for MARKETING AND RESEARCH PURPOSES". I actually quit. Due to the fact that the Supervisors are out of control and Management doesn't care that the Supervisors are out of control. They all lack discipline. They treat everyone as disposable and replaceable and have the most friendliest assessment day to lure you in their trap. Supervisors have a great time tormenting new Telephone Survey Interviewers

A supervisor called Y* made obnoxious, racist comments about my voice and accent. Yet another adorable supervisor called W* assumed my national and ethnical identity. I carefully instructed him on geography and political correctness in regards of assuming peoples' identities/ethnicities but - alas- he never got it.Most of the supervisors were under the influence of class A drugs or otherwise inebriated and not particularly coherent. The last nail in the coffin was sexual harassment by a female interviewer (in the stairwell) and no, with all my respect to the LGBT community and their rights I did not need any of that.

Went there for a job interview. Company is not so good to work for. Supervisors are presumptuous and will be on you even if you make a slightest mistake (not worth it for the amount of money they pay - not worth it for any amount of money really).

Hammered on my door and continued to ring doorbell for a good few mins setting the dog going mental whilst I was in the shower. Get to the door to find out what the heck is going on, these 'market surveys' again! Twice in 2 weeks! What do you hope to achieve getting peoples attention like that? Their door to door folk seem to be issued with random postcode lists and harrass the public at their homes until they get a response! Beware!Respect people's privacy in their own homes!

I worked for Ipsos Mori for a few years as a Field Interviewer, and enjoyed it. Social and Market research is very important: everyone fumes about 'government' and 'big business' and has views about them, but a hance to help to influence their policies is not an imposition, it is actually a gift: for once you are in the position of helping to determine policy and strategy, and sure, let off some steam, in a safe environment. I have very rarely met anyone who did not enjoy the chance of a wee rant, and actually, how can any of these big organisations operate without some honest feedback from customers and taxpayers. Look at it this way: the more you help to share your views, the more the services provided to you and your family will meet your needs. So: don't send the interviewer away: they are totally objective and impartial: just give them the benefit of the doubt and invite them in for a chat. If you are lucky, you might even be offered a small incentive such as a £10 shopping voucher for your trouble: well every little helps.

Worked here for a few weeks. The supervisor with the long hair, beanie hat and beard is very rude and a bully. I asked him a question in the training as I was unsure what I was doing and he was very snappy with me and questioned if I wanted to be there. Not what you want to treat new colleagues like, promoting an atmosphere of not wanting to ask questions! This guy abused his position. Other than that there was a really nice manager who worked the day shifts, think his name was Alan, hope he is doing well!
