Rosehill Dental Practice

I am very impressed with the staff at RoseHill dental practice.I recently saw Rizwara Younas. I have not seen her before in the time I have been visiting the practice. She is very nice and friendly and answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner. She was very thorough and explained what she was doing at all times.I must say that the dental nurses, the hygienist and the receptionists are all really great too. I felt at ease throughout my two recent visits.Highly recommended.

So calming and reassuring - I’m absolutely petrified of dentists yet they manage to calm me down every time, the small details like letting me listen to my own music in my earphones whilst having larger procedures done. Getting to know me as a patient as well as just doing my dental work makes you more relaxed. Dread the dentist due to pain and I’m never in any pain when having work done unlike other dentists I’ve been to. Always on time when calling me up to my appointment and never too long of a wait until my next booking when needed. Would/have recommended to anybody I know.

Friendly well informed staff. Knowledgeable capable dentists who have a lot of patience and give constructiv advice. Their dental work is perfect.

Amazing staff, everyone is very friendly. Excellent covid protocol, I felt really at ease. My dentist Sarah was incredible, so thorough and meticulous she fixed my tooth perfectly, I couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend!

What an absolutely shocking experience today and for the second time since it was taken over. The last time approx 8 mths ago I was treated by a female dentist who, well all she wanted to do was try to sell me different types of fillings and offer me a discount if I booked an appointment on the day. Also she and maybe my fault I allowed her to take xrays and at a cost! Today I by my own ignorance visit the same practice today. 10mins with a hygienist who did near to nothing, 5 min with a dentist that seemed as interested as if he would do while watching paint dry on his living room wall and didn't even bother to check my glands or jaw movement, which I believe is mandatory. Oh and to add insult to injury, they still use the photo of the recently deceased previous owner of the practice as a selling point. How disrespectful is that!? I urge you NOT to use this practice and that is my opinion from the last 2 visits. If I could give it a zero review, I would!

I have seen Dr Rashid 3 times now, after avoiding the dentist for a couple of years I finally took the plunge and I was ever so lucky to get a place at rose hill dental practice. I’m so glad I did. Dr Rashid is professional but sensitive and caring, making you feel very safe. I’ve now got rid of dental problems I had had for years and feel much happier, I don’t fear going to my appointments any longer. Thank you!

I'm in my late 40s but still extremely anxious of visiting dentists for an extraction as my last one that happened couple of years ago didn't go nicely. But the experience I had from Rosehill Dental Practice was so great I no longer have fear with dentists. Dr. Noha knew exactly what she's doing, my second molar tooth was removed before I even know it. Felt a little pressure as the tooth still has a good hold from the socket, but remarkably painless when it was extracted. But despite the fantastic experience, I'm hoping not to make another visit anytime soon as I got only few teeth left. So, she gave me valuable advises how to care for my remaining teeth. Five ⭐ for this dental practice and really nice staff.

I was taken on at this practice as a temporary NHS patient but have since been moved to being a private patient. They have not honoured any appointment I’ve ever made, I’ve literally had a phone call or voicemail at the last minute saying they need to cancel and reschedule saying there is a problem with the hygienist every single time. I wouldn’t bother with this practice as it’s beyond ridiculous. Will have to mess around ringing multiple dentists again

New to area, in July 2020 (during lockdown), I wasn’t registered with any dentists. I didn’t enjoy the prospect of sitting in the chair, and hadn’t visited one for 8 years previously. I knew there was a lot of work to do, several fillings had been lost over the years, and gaps were starting to appear, but it was toothache that made me seek out Rosehill.On day one I was put at ease. All covid precautions were in place. The very helpful reception staff took my temperature on arrival and talked me through the registration process. Social distancing was employed, with treatment staff adorned head to toe in full PPE. No risks were taken regarding the virus.The staff were all friendly and professional. Dr Sarah Drah was to be my dentist for the next four months, taking on the mammoth task of restoring my smile.Although an emergency appointment had brought me there, I was impressed and reassured with that treatment; so I decided to go for the full consultation. There was a great deal of work to be done. At every stage, Sarah and her assistants delivered excellent care. Every procedure explained in full and all options described. The work done is absolutely brilliant, and I no longer feel self conscious about those chipped and missing teeth. Because my smile is fully restored.One point that I think is important to a lot of patients, like myself, who are reluctant and nervous about going to visit the dentist, is that during every appointment, even the procedures that took several hours, Sarah and her assistant for that day put me at ease. I can’t stress enough how reassuring that is, to know that you are in good hands.That anxiety that stopped me from making a dental appointment for eight years, has now been overcome. And I’ll be attending my checkups like a model patient from now on. This is entirely due to the excellent, and reassuring care that Rosehill have given me. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I am so happy I found this dentist. They were really friendly and Mrs Noha Ibrahim was so thorough. She really made me feel at ease. Almost like a friend cleaning your teeth. The high ratings other have given are really obvious to see when you've been there. Even when I forgot to pay they were really friendly when I called to make the payment by phone.
