Dunham Toll Bridge

Had a great nights fishing 3 barbel, 1 of which was a PB 13lb 7oz... get iiiiin...

Park up and have a walk down the river. Left towards Laneham right towards fledbourogh.

Lovely bridge with views over the River Trent.Popular with fishing folk.Downside is the Toll fees... fine for the occasional user but no discounts on regular user payment cards.Staff are friendly in the booths.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of one employee. A bald, mid 50's, jobsworth who hates people. You know who you are! Get a job where you don't meet the public; we don't deserve you.

Get a multipass loads eager and faster .... staff are friendly helpful.

Absolutely unnecessary agrevation for £0.50p. Their website is out of date they say and charge personal vans with a carrying capacity of kgs 497 (V5) £1 instead of 50pThey wanted £1.00 and said the website is out of date!You updated your website for the July price rises where it clearly states vans with a carrying capacity of less than kgs 509 cost 50p NOT £1So you are not telling the truth.What a joke ! Get a grip and be a professional company instead of a bunch of jokes.Shame on you.It gets better !Edit 13/12I was told this morning that DVLA were wrong with their paperwork and I should stop talking out of A***.Such nice people at Dunham toll booth.

We cross over this bridge a little. Cars are 40p and motorhomes are 60p ... obviously you have to pay both ways...Sometimes there's Fishermen under or around near the bridge

I was eyeing this area up as a potential kayak launch spot, a bit rocky, but there's a chance to get out onto the River Trent from here. Fingers crossed.If you are going out kayaking please wear a life jacket or PFD.
