Lovely house, really clean and modern and Richard is always quick to fix any problems we have.

A modern and well decorated house that is well fit for student living. The communal spaces are spacious and very functional. Many extra amenities that you don’t usually see in student housing like a dishwasher and two bathrooms for 4 people. Lovely garden with astroturfing making it easy to maintain. Overall it is an excellent and very functional house!Richard is a wonderful landlord. He made sure the property was maintained regarding repairs or external cleaning. Furthermore he is patient and understanding, making sure all aspects of the house & renting are explained in detail and answering questions as and when needed. Would definitely recommend this property or any other property under Richard!

Extremely happy with Rich Lees accomdation.The house was beautifully decorated and clean to a high standard. I rented Richards 4 bedroom properties which has two shower rooms, giving us plenty of privacy. The rooms were great sizes each with a nice sized desk & storage *plenty of storage*The house was just super cosy, felt like a home not a university accommodation.Richard frequently checked up on our wellbeing, making sure we were okay and if work needed to be done on the house. He is very organised made it very clear that if any of us residence needed anything - he'd be happy to help, which he was ( even as simple as you wanted a photo put on the wall )I couldn't have asked for a better landlord, especially during the pandemic, he has gone above and beyond.Would highly highly recommend,
