Shane and the team recently changed our tired, dark and dated bathroom into a stunning, light and airy wet room/bathroom. From our initial meeting to discuss the art of the possible until the work team left on completion, we had no doubt we were in the hands of total professionals. The house is originally Georgian and not everything was completely straightforward once the old bathroom was stripped out. Stuart and his team explained everything to us and we knew exactly what was happening at every stage of the conversion. The quality of the fittings and the workmanship throughout is outstanding and the final result is everything we’d hoped for. After being frustrated with local tradesman not turning up or providing quotations, we reached out to Lakeland Bespoke Interiors for the refurbishment of our bathroom. Professional from the outset, Shane provided us with a fantastic design using high quality, but good value fixtures and fittings. Their beautiful new showroom gave us peace of mind when it came to the standard we could expect in our own bathroom. The works were carried in the last few weeks before Christmas (2018) and were completed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption and mess. The bathroom was finished to an exceptional standard; particularly the tiling. Our experience was so positive that I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeland Bespoke Interiors or use them again in the future.

We approached Shane at Lakeland Bespoke Interiors as we wanted to remodel our bedroom and ensuite - moving the bathroom to the other side of the room to make it bigger and incorporate a window and a dual-ended walk-in shower. Shane listened to our requirements and produced a plan that was near-perfect first time round. Throughout the building work, Shane's colleagues were friendly, considerate and courteous and Shane kept us up-to-date with progress, even when we were away on holiday. The result is outstanding - far better than we ever imagined. The new ensuite is light and spacious and works perfectly for us - it is sheer luxury now to use our new bathroom.
