Hi. We bought your Mango Bonnie and Arcuturus at the Darlington market recently. Both are fantastic and we bought the Arcturus with a friend n kind who loves his hot spices. Well we gave him it on Sunday past and he absolutely loved it. He said it was the hottest but best sauce he’s tried yet and will be buying some more. Brilliant so thank you and we'll be back. Just had my second delivery. By far the best sauces I’ve ever had. First time trying the rubs, can’t wait to try. Even my 6 year old loves them. A must try for everyone

Me and my wife happened upon the Balefire stall at the Christmas market in Durham last weekend. The owner was really friendly, informative and had samples of a bunch of his sauces out to try. We were both amazed at how good they tasted and that the heat was matched with superb flavour (they do make mild sauces too!). They make everything from scratch too, including the beer that goes in some of their sauces!!We are quickly working out way through Our Sole Fire and the other sauce that I can't remember the name of - we will definitely order some more from your website when we run out!

Absolutely terrific hot sauce. Used these sauces at a birthday BBQ and they were the talk of the party! Personal favourites are 'Our Soul Fire' & 'Bonnie Mango' but each one I have tried has been fantastic. Can't wait to see what the next hot sauce will be!

I've just enjoyed the sweet and spiciness of the Bonnie Mango Hot Sauce on some KFC and it was bloody lovely, I'm very impressed!I've been disappointed too many times in the past with expensive condiments that were well over-rated, but finally a product that's good value for money and makes your dinner Instagram worthy!

Yes it's hot but more importantly the flavour is incredible. So fruity, so tangy, so moreish Man alive I could swig from the bottle, and I do!
