Very appreciable variety of Nigerian food items and condiments. Organised, orderly, clean with very friendly staff. Owner is a very friendly and knowledgeable person who won't hesitate to offer you a bargain. Overall, the management put in the effort to run a decent business and I've always walked out of the shop with a smile.

I've been doing my Nigerian food stuff shopping at the Haven's Food Store for 5months now and i will continue shopping there. The staffers are friendly, polite and very accommodating. For a Nigerian shop i will score them very high for their professionalism and simplicity. I've been attended to by the owner a couple of times and i could see where the working culture of Haven's came from. She's one very humble and simple Lady. I'd recommend for any new person coming to Bristol and would need a place to get Nigerian food stuffs. You will be well taken care of and you won't regret it.
