Ashley has been amazing at helping me overcome some psychological barriers I was having, that were affecting my day to day life and mental well-being. His help has truly affected my life for the better, and I am now the happiest and most confident I have ever been. I have found Ashley to be a lovely down to earth man. He is an incredibly professional and skilled psychologist. I was apprehensive about starting therapy, however, Ashley soon put me at ease and we quickly established a rapport. I cannot compliment Ashley enough for his work, his understanding, his teachings and most importantly, his help. It is clear as day, he has studied the way emotions and thoughts work to a level I have never seen or heard of in my life. I was educated beyond belief during our sessions. The way emotions and the mind work, were truly baffling to begin with and it endured an awful lot of stubbornness my end which looking back hindered my progress. Once I broke down that wall, this man has helped give me the strength and understanding of myself, for me to flourish and write a new chapter in my life again. Dr Francis is a very kind and considerate therapist who works with you to determine the best course of treatment. He puts in a lot of effort between sessions which means he doesn’t need you to remind him of things you’ve mentioned before. It’s hard to know what to write really - he was excellent at helping me with my issues and now we are just down to occasional review sessions as the therapy has really helped me. I’m very happy!

I really wish I hadn’t waited until my anxiety was so severe day to day tasks were impossible before seeking therapy. I instantly felt more comfortable talking to Ashley than I did any friends or family members. He listened carefully and helped me find the route causes of my anxiety helping me to deal with feelings and emotions both old and new. Our experience of an ASD assessment with Ash was lovely.Ash was friendly and put us at ease from the 1st consultation phone call and all the way through the assessment. I recently required Dr Ashley Francis to help me get a diagnosis. I searched the internet for many and came across Ash, My enquiry was dealt with so quickly , On the same day he had replied to my emails. The best part was when I received a 15 minute FREE consultation to even see why I require the diagnosis which I found very helpful and helped me make my mind to get a assessment. The whole process was so smooth and worked around our needs. Three weeks later I had my results which was a relief. I Highly recommend Ashley for your enquires he was amazing. Before meeting him I had found not much luck with any one as they were just taking too long replying to my emails or suggesting online assessments. To my surprise the whole procedure took around 4 weeks which was better than waiting around for the past two months.
