A terrible rip off, Shame that our West Midlands police chose them as their go to recovery team.RS picked up the Vehicle, through the police did not contact me! They are shut Sundays (so had to pay a storage fee!) Could not cont them through email or phone call!Then paying them their ridiculous fee, took over 2 hours! As they couldn't take a card payment!For a SUPPOSEDLY professional set up whom obviously have some lucrative contracts, I'd give them a 1 out of 10 (let alone 5*)Poor! The 1 star I give them...... there was no damage to my car after winching it on to their pick up vehicle.I welcome any contact direct from RS (knowing I won't get any)

After being involved in an RTC this morning my vehicle needed recovering. I had seen R S around so decided to give them a call as I had no idea who else to contact. I spoke to Chris who put me at ease straight away and who arranged everything. His professional and calming attitude made an incredibly stressful and difficult situation so much more bearable. Recovery arrived promptly and I just had to hand the keys over. Thank you R S and Chris you are a credit to the company.

Callum is a top lad, we broke down at Frankley services Southbound at 3.30pm and he was with us by 5.15pm - found the problem very quickly, sorted it and we was back on the road. Good professional service!

I have never used this company until today when my car broke down.I spoke to a very professional customer service advisor, who talked me through everything, including wait times and charges.I had a text and a call with eta.Very pleased and would absolutely recommend to anyone!!

Had a fire in our American RV, and RS Recovery were tasked to carry out the removal of the remains, all l can say is, what a first class team, Gary, Lee, Jason were fantastic, very professional and we can't thank them enough for their efforts carrying out a very demanding job.A big THANKS to RS and the boys.

Amazing service. Saved our bacon after a collision with a deer left me and my young family stranded by the roadside in the middle of the night over a hundred miles from home. They really went the extra yards to look after us and make sure we reached our destination safely, at a reasonable cost. Only wish I could give more stars.

I had an excellent service from the young technician. Who first responded to my breakdown. Followed by the second chap who then attended and recovered me some 170 miles. Both were pleasant polite and friendly throughout. Thank you regards Eddie.

Horrendous company. Still waiting on an invoice for over £600 from using them back in July. After a 6 hour wait the driver couldn’t have been less interested and carelessly caused damage my paint work which they refuse to sort. They have started to ignore my emails now. Avoid at all costs and buy green flag instead

RS Recovery went above and beyond to help us get home in the early hours of Monday morning when other major roadside rescue and recovery services were useless. Matt & Mike were patient, helpful and more than accommodating when the company that was SUPPOSED to be getting us home failed in all these aspects. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Thank you so much!!

Absolutely outstanding, called to update on time of arrival regularly. Alerted me when close by and Driver (Cameron) was amazing, class driver, great customer service skills, very highly skilled in his job. Likeable character and very respectful. Thanks again.
