WED2B Camberley

I had such a lovely experience when I visited Wed2B in Camberley; first and second time round. I was served by Elle who was super friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me pick out a number of dresses to try on. I found one I really liked, but it wasn't in my size so she kindly provided me with a list of stores which had it in a bigger size. Fast forward a few weeks, and I came back in to try on the dress I had ordered in and was lucky enough to have Elle again. She suggested different underskirts to give different looks and ways to get the desired look I wanted. She made me feel at ease and didn't rush me at all. I came away with my wedding dress and I'm really pleased. Thank you!

I had the most amazing experience at Wed2Be in Camberley! Elle who helped me was lovely, friendly and so knowledgeable, I felt so at ease despite being so nervous! Even though being close to closing time we were not rushed and was given lots of different underskirts/accessories to try on with the dresses. This was my first trying on session and did not expect to find “the one” at all, but Elle knew exactly what I wanted and went above my expectations! I can’t thank the team here enough for making this such a lovely experience and am so so happy with my dress!

Avoid! The service I received was so bad, I was told I didn’t need to book, turned up with my bride tribe and was told to come back 5 hours later! They were NOT very accommodating to my size - I’m only a 16/18 but was made to feel like a whale! If dresses are to fit me they would apparently need extra panels and extensive alterations! I was heartbroken! They didn’t offer me the “service” I was made to feel like an inconvenience! I had to beg to try veils, belts! If I hadn’t been lockdown and timing against me when I purchased last year , I would have walked out, but I persevered! They made me feel like a tight git because I couldn’t afford the extra £50 for a dress box! I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, especially any curvy ladies. I wouldn’t want anyone to feel the way I did that day! Don’t say you cater 6-32 and then fat shame anyone who’s a size 16!!! Nice dresses, but poor customer service! Oh and it fit without extra panels ! My friend without dress making experience, was better with the corset than the lady in the store!

Visited yesterday (Saturday 11 March) with my daughter. We originally went to check out the bridesmaid dresses (check colours and material) before ordering online. My daughter didn't feel ready to try on any wedding dresses but ended up trying on 3 and fell in love with the 3rd dress and bought it there and then. Michelle our consultant made my daughter feel at ease from the very start. My daughter suffers with psoriasis and is very conscious about it. Michelle was excellent with her and really boosted her confidence. Ended up buying the dress, belt, veil and headpiece. My daughter even told Michelle that she could not have done this and chosen her dress without her. Love the idea that you can just walk in with no appointment. There was a small wait to try on the wedding dresses but then we were not planning on trying any on so cannot complain at that - it was only an hour if that and it was nice to see the other brides trying on their dresses and getting ideas and chatting with some of them as well about their big day.We would really recommend Michelle in helping with your choice.

Had the most amazing experience at WED2B Camberley, the staff were lovely and we felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Elle made me feel really comfortable and at ease trying on dresses. she was friendly and knowledgeable about everything and helped pick the right accessories for my dress and head wear. I definitely would recommend to any new bride out there.

I walked into the Camberley Wed2b store thinking I was just going in to try on some dresses" and I ended up walking out with the most amazing dress I've ever worn! Everyone in the store was wonderfully friendly and put me at ease as I was feeling a bit nervous and awkward. Georgie was brilliant and helped me try on some dresses and ended up finding one I never would have thought to try but was absolutely perfect for me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy it and I even initially walked out without it! But I came back only an hour later

I and my bridesmaid had an excellent experience at the Camberley store. We were served first by Michelle who was amazingly good and helpful with creative ideas. She made us feel important & special and really connected with us as more mature ladies. On our second visit we were assisted by Keely and Evie who were also very attentive. Couldn't fault our visits. No waiting at either time which was also great. Having a good shop without needing an appointment is a breath of fresh air. Well done! Purchased both the bridesmaid's dress and my wedding dress within a week.An expansion opportunity could be into men's matching waistcoats to match bridesmaid colours, and to have an extension service to custom-fit on site.

Turned up late one weekday, about 30 minutes before they were due to close. Was worried about turning up so late but I already had in mind the 2 dresses I wanted to try on. The ladies in the store were lovely and didn’t make me feel pressured about the time. Kelly assisted me in the changing rooms getting me in and out of the dresses and she was just wonderful, I was by myself but she made me feel almost like I was there with a friend. Fab service and great dresses .

Had a really lovely experience buying my wedding dress at wed2b. The staff were fantastic and super helpful.
