Excellent service. Ordered a hob cover for my range cooker on Wednesday at 5.30pm. The item arrived on Friday morning. Fits perfectly on my range cooker and looks super. Would highly recommend this company. From the ease of ordering to the quick delivery and high quality of the product.

Absolutely brilliant service and brilliant product. I had a few questions about the hob cover before I bought one and emailed Colin beforehand. He got back to me within hours and nothing was too much trouble for him. My hob cover arrived just two days after ordering it and I'm absolutely delighted with it. It compliments my kitchen superbly, just what I was looking for.

I can’t praise Colin enough for his patience in supplying me with my hobcover even after measuring it myself and getting it wrong ! He took it back and sent me another correctly fitting the space without any query whatsoever. He’s a gentleman and deserves a five star rating - my cover is solid ., looks great in the kitchen . Oh

What a wonderful idea, a cover for the hob! something I needed a long time ago but did not know it exists. I'm so glad I found HCD website to find such great covers. Excellent craftsmanship, fits perfectly on my hob and both strong and lightweight. I am very pleased with it, it helps me a lot and gives me more working space.

Very quick and effortless service. Emailed my size requirements as needed a custom size. All made and delivered within a week. Looks very neat and professionally cut and folded metal. Harlequin design recommended for tall gas hob cover to break up otherwise quite plain sides. Would highly recommend hobcovers direct.

Absolutely appalling level of after service! Though the item arrived in a timely manner (within 5days).. after opening the box I peeled the company’s logo sticker that’s situated on the top of the cover, which uncovered a particularly deep scratch (it’s almost as if the sticker was strategically placed on the damaged part).. I then informed the seller, sending numerous photos and angles of the damage upon request, to which in the end, he put the blame on to me (having opened the item just minutes ago). And claiming that the warranty is invalid and they will refuse to do anything about it as I peeled of the small sticker concealing the damage (it has to be noted, that this was a company logo sticker - and not a warranty sticker). I continued to then make contact via message and calls, with no response.Would never recommend to anyone!!

First Class Service. I required two hob covers.One was standard, but the second one, for my sister in law, required a lot of thinking about and a move away from the standard. Several phone calls and texts to a guy called Colin who was very helpful, and the problems were solved. Colin certainly new what he was talking about. and did a first class job on both of them. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have.
