Great service, I am moving and will buy a large unit for the house with H2O

BOUGHT IN AUG 16 - TRIED IT AND THE WATER TASTES LIKE CARBON AFTER BEING FILTERED SO DECIDED NOT TO USE IT.I STARTED TO USE IT AGAIN IN AUG 17 AND USED IT FOR 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE MACHINE STOPPED WORKING.H20 REFUSED TO DO EXCHANGE OR REFUND AS IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND SAID I SHOULD BUY A NEW ONEI WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM H20 AGAIN!

Just had its 1st run, this took 5 hours to complete, didnt taste the water as instruction said not to. Now on 2nd run, only thing so far is that it is hard to clean without getting water on outer jacket of machine right where plug socket is, wish the tank was removable. It is quite noisy and I can foresee the glass jug getting broken, would have been better with a stainless jug.

Stay well away, this company is just re-branding Megahome water distillers. Go straight to Megahome if you want to buy a water distiller, they are far nicer people. These guys are rude on the phone and very abrupt and too the point, they have no knowledge on the products they are selling. Stay well away.

An absolutely wonderful company to deal with- dealing with a company like this restores one's faith in humanity!
