I booked a 1:1 consultation to gain confidence using my carrier. It was 100% worthwhile.I found the instruction manual that came with the carrier very limited and had concerns about whether I was using it safely. Jess is so knowledgeable about baby wearing and passionate about helping others. She addressed all of my concerns / queries and gave me so many helpful tips to get the most out of my carrier. My daughter and I now love using it regularly. The guidance Jess gave me was invaluable.

Jess made the whole baby carrier thing easy. We rented one of her carrier's on a recent trip to Belgium and it was way more convenient than lunging a pram around old Street corners and airports. Jess gave me a lot of confidence to go out and be a proud baby carrying dad! 5 stars

We booked an appointment to try carriers for our 7 week old and tried a few carriers (Jess has so many different carriers) and quickly identified one that worked for both me (5ft 3) and my 6ft partner. Jess showed us how to use it correctly and gave us steps to make sure our daughter is safe and secure in the carrier, things we would not have known otherwise! You also get a two week hire of a carrier included so you can test it before you buy. The carrier we have ended up with, the Tula free to grow, is not the one I would have bought had I not been to Jess but it is perfect for us and cheaper than the one I was recommended by my friends (we tried that one with Jess and it didn’t suit us). We cannot recommend a session with Jess enough, I was nervous about using a carrier but the session has given us so much confidence and we use it regularly on family walks.
