Contacted Connie as I wanted a birthday cake for my better half, something whilst not to celebrate one of those birthdays ending in a zero, had to be something special. As a typical bloke I didn’t really know what I wanted but Connie was so easy to talk to and the suggestions she made was of great help in deciding on what type of cake to go for. Come the day to collect and my first chance to see the completed cake I was totally blown away. It was evident the Connie possess a very high degree of skill, artistry and passion for the cakes she produces. Back home as each attendee arrived each and every person commented on the cake. Words such as amazing, stunning, brilliant as well as everyone taking photos of it kinda made the cake the star of the show. Then it came to the cutting of it and the chat turned to do we have to, eventually a brave soul did the first cut and again the camera phones were in action. Did it taste as good as it looked? The answer can only be a resounding yes it did. The sponge, white chocolate and raspberry, was light and airy and by the end of the get together there was barely enough left over for those who were leaving to take a slice home with them. In ending I can only thank Connie and her enviable skill and wish her continued success and just to give you advance notice Connie I need another cake so will be in contact in the next few weeks.

Get all my cakes from connie they all look amazing and taste amazing like that can order in advance and not have to think about it told her what I want and she puts her ideas to it and she exceeds my expectations every time...

I have had a few cakes from Connie, the time and effort spent on these cakes was incredible. The range of flavours is amazing. I found it so hard to pick. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a celebration or wedding cake!! You will not be disappointed.

Attended Connie’s Cupcake decorating class today and cant recommend it enough! Was absolutely delighted with the finished cupcakes! Connie is soo knowledgeable and I learned soo much! Lots of different wee tips and tricks that I would never have known about. Connie makes you feel soo welcome and the class was fun as well with Connie’s beautiful and fun personality! Learned all about buttercream, how to make it, how to colour it, all about different piping bags and piping tips, embossers and stencils, how to work with sugar paste, how to colour and marble it and finally different piping techniques to make the most beautiful cupcakes! Really really enjoyable experience! Everything is provided as well which for the price was fantastic! Highly recommend!
