Incredible service from Floor-de-Lee from start to finish. The work is first class, with every member of the team taking such pride and outstanding customer service alongside it. A company who takes pride in everything they do and with so much knowledge. Would not use any other company again for flooring or carpets, cannot recommend enough. The floor de lee team (Lee, Leyton, Luke, Antony, Rebecca and Julia) were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly professional, efficient and accommodating. The quality of service was outstanding from first contact in the shop to final fit and tweaks. Their knowledge of the products and conditions necessary for fitting were excellent. Rebecca kept us informed of the schedule day to day and was always available for queries. They have been pivotal in making our house a home and would highly recommend their services.

Lee, Anthony and Luke fitted this Brinton's carpet in our newly decorated hall, landing and stairs. From the time we entered their showrrom until the job was finished they provided excellent advice and expert service. The finished job is really good with straight, flat, crisp edges to skirtings and not a bump to be seen anywhere. Would we use Floor-De-Lee again? Yes we definitely would. This is the second time we’ve used them and they made a great job of fitting the Karndean flooring in our bathroom. Thanks all.

Not the most favourite of jobs patching up some Karndean flooring after the original had been down 20 years but to be fair Lee did a brilliant job and a perfectionist at what he does. Thank you

We are very pleased with the service this company provided for us when we had to replace our water damaged wooden flooring throughout our lounge and hallway. Very pleasant and helpful staff giving us all the information needed to replace the flooring. The preparation work was excellent and the flooring completed to an excellent highly professional standard. We are very pleased with our new flooring and the high standard of service this company provided before and after completion.

Our first time to use Floor de Lee Carpets and the experience was excellent with no issues whatsoever. They turned up as arranged and the quality of work was exceptional with very friendly and accommodating fitting staff. When we require further rooms fitted they will most definitely be our first call so highly recommended.

We love our new Karndean flooring! Floor De Lee were amazing from initial measurements and planning, to getting the floor laid. Even with our old wonky walls, the team did a perfect job! Highly recommended and we'll be back for more!

Excellent work undertaken. There were some unforeseen issues on the job but they were all resolved with no issues with the fitters and the company working really hard to get the flooring done in the timescale promised. Great communication, excellent customer service and the fitters were pleasant, helpful, hard working and the attention to detail was there. The quality of the flooring and their fitting can’t be questioned. Would definitely recommend and will go there for all my flooring needs
