Albion Bathrooms Kitchens Electricals

This is not a review posted during the honeymoon period following installation. My bathroom and cloakroom were completed September 2019. Reflecting now, it's easy to see competent people deliver results however excellent people deliver fabulous results. I landed at Albion via a google search and concluded the company was worthy of a visit to discuss how they could assist us. The showroom displayed desirable suits complimented with knowledgeable staff, with experience of guiding not railroading customers to a beneficial outcome. After a design/consultation process (all confirming knowledge/experience) we arrived at a final build speck. At the time we were disappointed to wait several months for the installation to commence but top tradesman are always in demand. I discussed the installation nuances with Chris several times and was extremely confident we were both on the same page in regard to expectation/quality/finish. Uniquely, we decided to vacate the property and leave the installation team the freedom to do their job. (On holiday to Italy). Needless to say, we were/are extremely pleased with the choice of materials design/layout and above all finish. Three years on, its as good as the day it was completed. My wife cherishes her investment daily and wipes down to a sparkle every day its used. Recently we had an issue with the shower rail handles and whilst searching for a solution I noticed there may well be a warranty on the shower rail. I contacted Albion to ask the question and within 4 days (including weekend) i received new handles for the shower. You may well find yourself in search of a dedicated team to take care of a substantial investment in your home, look no further you won't be disappointed. My expectations were exceeded at the time, I'm thrilled they wish to support/help. Once a customer always a customer clearly!!

Once we walked into Albion Bathrooms we new we had come to the right place, they were friendly and very professional. They came and designed our bathroom consulting us all the way. Once everything was agreed and dates set, everything went as planned. The fitters were friendly and polite, came on time every day and worked throughout the day only stopping for lunch. Cannot recommend them enough, would use them again without hesitation.

Albion bathrooms & Kitchen have been a real pleasure to deal with from design to completion, we used the recommend fitter Earl and he did an amazing job of fitting the new bathroom. Any issues we came across were dealt with without delay and to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom or kitchen.

I am so pleased that we spent more and purchased two bathrooms from this company. Excellent service from the start. The quality is just breathe taking transforming our tired bathrooms to show home perfection. The fitter Declan takes pride in his work and works to a high standard. The downstairs cloakroom is not yet completed due to changing the flooring. Again purchased at Albion due to its quality. The only problem I have now is wanting to replace my kitchen which I have no doubt will use Albion for this. I would highly recommend that you visit Albion before committing to other companies. You wil be paying more but for that 5 star treatment, superb quality and reassurance of any issues it will be worth every penny and pound.

Dave and his team have helped me choose all my bathroom items. Friendly helpful team who know there bathrooms and kitchens. Quality items, better than average, so you pay a bit more. But the personal service and quality of goods more than make up for it. The place to go for a bespoke bathroom.

Excellent quality and service. Did a great job with the downstairs shower room giving us confidence to use them for a major kitchen refurb. The quality of the units and fittings they supply is superb. The design was lovely and the designer really helped us achieve what we wanted and put up with me changing my mind about the worktop at almost the last minute. The contractors they work with are absolutely superb. Albion give you the personal touch you just don’t get from the national companies like Wren and Magnet. Very highly recommended especially if you want to get top notch quality and service and support local businesses.

On a friend's recommendation we visited Albion for a new bathroom. Our bathroom is very small but Dave guided us with how we could work with the problems that caused, and made very good suggestions.In short, we are very pleased with the bathroom and the attention to detail by the fitters; and would not hesitate to recommend Albion to anyone seeking affordable quality.

Purchased a new bathroom suite, tiles and flooring from Albion BKE. Very happy with the service and quality of the products recommended and purchased. Communication was excellent and delivery on time. Many thanks to Dave and the team.

Just had my bathroom refitted, all goods came from Albion, fantastic choice of products, Mark was a great help is helping us choose products for our new bathroom.Slight issue with a couple of items but we’re instantly replaced by Dave and his team.Bathroom overhaul project was completed by ED Bathrooms, I can’t praise highly enough, very efficient, excellent workmanship all round from Earl, Ian and Pete.I would definitely recommend ED Bathrooms to anyone.
