Mano’s classes have changed my life in so many ways, the friendships I have made, the understanding of our body’s capabilities and most of all, the yoga, the understanding of this rich and intelligent philosophy that has enriched my soul! Absolutely love this family!

I stumbled upon Mano's website two years ago, having read the words 'intense' and 'sweaty' on his website, I was very intrigued and wanted to attend a class straight away. The first time I went, it shocked me, my expectations of yoga changed, I also thought I was strong but I had a long way to go. I definitely became stronger over time but never expected my body to change to the way it is today. I was shocked when I was able to do hanumanasana (split) and sirsasana (headstand), but doing these poses wasn't the end goal, I cherish more the passion for yoga that I have developed over the last two years which has been down to Mano.Mano is a traditional yoga teacher, he incorporates different styles of yoga into one class, which you naturally adapt to over time. He has great knowledge and philosophy for the practice and I am grateful to have learnt these from him over the years. His character is rare to find. He has a strong passion for yoga and believes any student can change their body over time and will make you believe that you can. He has built a warm, welcoming and vibrant community through his classes and all everyone always leave with great positive energy. I have met and made friends with many lovely people and am so grateful for that.
