Top service from a skilled and experienced professional. My Apple Macbook had been essentially disabled for the best part of 4 years. I had no idea why but it just about did what I needed it to do to record information on a spreadsheet for my business.Turns out it had over a 100 malware issues which once Rich had expertly identified and resolved allowed the device to be updated properly and everything now works like a dream with a virus scanner installed to prevent further issue. Can't recommend Apple Core Support enough for all Apple computer product issues. He even fixes broken screens too! Cheers Rich.

If you have any mac issues you must go to Apple core Support! The service Richard provides is super quick and efficient! It is a very personable service and Richard really does listen to all your requirements. I never write reviews normally but as I was so blown away with the excellent service Richard has provided I couldn't not! Richard provided an excellent service after my son spilt red wine over his Mac book. He was really helpful and reliable, he kept me updated throughout the repair process and dealt with it all very efficiently. Richard provided the most fantastic, efficient and cost effective service I could have imagined. My Mac had trouble booting and after Apple reinstalled a new system, they were unable to recover or transfer my precious data (which I hadn’t backed up)! I discovered Apple Core Support online and have been blown away by Richard’s amazing service. My laptop and data are my lifeblood, so I was very stressed, but Richard was extremely reassuring and clearly explained what he thought the problem might be. He was able to quickly recover and save all my data, gave fantastic advice on the best replacement hard drive, installed a brand new one and cleaned up my entire laptop, inside and out. It came back to me looking and feeling brand new, much faster and all my data and apps were back in their rightful place. For future Mac support, I will now skip over the Apple store and come straight to Apple Core Support.
