The worst after sales service I have ever seen in my life. Items never turned up, ask the company for a tracking link, the link said delivered, but no other information. I sent in CCTV footage to the company showing nobody came into my unit. Everybody on the complex, and street knows me, nobody had it, the postman said they never delivered the package. I request a refund as I did not feel like the company was willing to help me. They refused a refund 3 times, and just kept saying it will turn up" .. Great service and prompt delivery. Even when Royal Mail lost my first order the team at the Bandsaw Shop were quick to reply to my querey and dispatched a replacement promptly. That meant I could get the job done without too much delay. Very happy amd would recommend them.
