They just helped us with our move a couple of days ago and I can't thank them enough for the help with my move. James and Louise were very responsive to all of our inquiries prior to moving and they charged at a very very reasonable price - totally worth it! On the moving day, they were on time and everyone of them are very professional and very good at what they are doing. We were very surprised by how fast they were while being very careful with our stuff at the same time as it only took them an hour to move everything from our old apartment to the new apartment which is on the 2nd floor without lift. They also provide boxes disposal service at a very reasonable price. We have tons of boxes from our new furnitures and we are really glad that they helped us to disposed all of them and I would like to thank James again for going extra miles as when he knew that we need to dispose the boxes, he even helped us to removed the box and packaging for our new mattress that they just moved so we do not have to deal with the box and packaging for the mattress. We are really glad that we found them and they really made our day!! Thanks to each and everyone of the team for being so amazing! Highly recommended!

Used J & M Removals in January 2023 to move house. Stress free as they handled everything, door to door.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. From the moment that they arrived to the time that they left, everything was conducted in a polite, efficient and highly organised manner.As the boss, James is great in coordinating his team : some inside the house with their shoes off and some outside. But all worked extremely hard, methodically and politely. In no time at all, the top floor was cleared and packed onto the van and then the ground floor followed.Anything that was fragile was carefully wrapped, fabrics, bed bases and mattresses, TVs and mirrors had special protective bags, and the team worked methodically to get the most difficult, heavy and large pieces out of one house and into the other.It was a dismal day, with rain and thick clouds, but the chaps were diligent in taking off their shoes when coming into the house.On arrival, Louise took the team around to confirm what was being taken and which items were to be left, so all the team were aware of what was happening. Louise then went round to check that all was as it should be and then asked me to double check. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and unreservedly do so. Thank you J&M Removals! I will certainly be using you again.

Used James & Louise twice for 2 moves now and as always, they go above and beyond with their services! Lads did a cracking job moving everything with care and attention given to all of our belongings. I would highly recommend them for any job.

The team helped me move on Sunday they were amazing they moved every little thing I had and helped set everything back up and placed into the room that it was going (most the things I asked them to leave at the side as didn’t know where I wanted it) they even made the bed up . I would definitely use the company again.. they were professional and friendly :) and didn’t leave until i was happy which I was . Thank you guys for helping

J&M helped us move at the end of March when we’d been let down by our original movers. We were moving with a 2 week old baby so very stressful but J&M made the whole process so much easier! They moved absolutely everything, even stuff other bigger companies refused to. We would absolutely recommend J&M and happily give them 5 stars!

The team arrived at 9:45 to move my daughter from a 2 bed 1st floor flat to a 1st floor 3 bed flat.Beds were dismantled, waher unplumbed, everything was wrapped in protective covers, and the van carefully packed.At 12:45 everything was in situ in the new property. Beds rebuilt and even the washer machine was plumbed in.Could you get a house move done cheaper? YesWould you get the same fantastic service? Definitely not!!!Would I recommend J&M removals? In a heatbeat.

Moved 2 wardrobes, drawers, bedside table and dressing table from my mother in laws to mine, the wardrobes were not getting up my staircase so without even flinching the team! Yes team! Set about taking everything down and rebuilding upstairs, they fixed 2 drawers at no extra cost and didn't leave any mess, courteous, polite, nothing was too much trouble, worth every penny if you want a stress free moving experience, everything packed on the van with care and handled with care when moving around! Can 100% recommend
