We used Macro Art before for large format prints and I needed their help again last week to print 5 m x 5 m graphic. It was a very last minute order and I got in touch with Matt on Wednesday asking for the job to be printed, stitched and delivered to us on Friday. I was extremely happy to hear that he agreed to take this job on and deliver on time.On Friday, around 6 pm, we realised that graphic hasn't reach us yet, so I called Matt. To my amazement - he answered his mobile and agreed to help even though it was 6 pm AND Friday (you don't get this a lot nowadays). As the graphic disappeared in transport, Matt (without any convincing) agreed to redo the graphic on Saturday and deliver it on-site in Barcelona (yes, IN BARCELONA) on Sunday which they did.I couldn't speak high enough of this company and the service we received when the problem occurred! THANK YOU FOR SAVING US MATT AND THE REST OF MACRO ART TEAM!
