Fabulous service! Initially contacted KS Property Maintenance to get a quote for windows. The service was so good, I've had windows, front door and roof work all completed. Extremely happy with the efficiency and service, always arrived on day and time expected. Work was completed in the timescales quoted on initial meeting. A very professional and friendly service! Would 100% use again!

Called them to sort out a damp issue outside one of the windows, didn't have a clue what was causing it. The guy explained me what could be done and probable causes of the issue. He was available on the same day. He came, found out what the issue was and fixed it, all on the same day. Swift and professional. Would recommend them.

If I could give 5+ stars I would! Finding KS Property Service on a google search was the best find ever amongst local tradesmen. First comms were excellent, very promptly came to my property to inspect a leaking chimney and upon discovering Id a few missing roof tiles, gave me an extremely reasonable quote. Carried out work the next day to a very high standard. Prompt, reliable, trustworthy as well as being a friendly, decent guy. The work that I had carried out (sealing my chimney base and replacing a few tiles) cost me the same amount I paid last year to another local roofer for replacing 2 tiles!!! Goes to show there sadly are tradesmen out there who live up to the reputation of ripping people off....not Keiron though. Arrived promptly. Did an EX job. Good price. Will use this company again and will definitely recommend.He is honest and reliable. I contacted KS Prooerty Maintence for some advice on our leaky roof and a quote for repairs. Kieron visited us when he said he would and promptly found the issues with the roof and advised on how to resolve them. (We had contacted a number of other businesses to look at the same problem and they did not compare to the service and positivity to be able to complete the work as Kieron did) He gave a very reasonable quote and we booked him. He arrived exactly when he said he would to start the work and grafted solid each day until it was done. The standard of his work is fantastic and he talked us through exactly what he was doing, taking a number of pictures to show us what was being done and why. Id highly recommend this business and will be using them again without a doubt.

Saw Steve at a neighbours house & asked tor a quote for our roof repair which he did straight away & showed us photos of what needed to be done. He came with his crew for 2 days as the weather wasn't good & did a cracking job so we would highly recommended them.

Thantastic person took pictures before work being done, showed interest in are concerns with the roof. After work completed to a high standard and took pictures to show us. Kieran cleaned up after his work kieran at any time to completeI would reccomend
