Roman Spas - Luxury Hot Tubs & Swim Spas

Was looking at several Spa companies and Nalam at Roman Spas was the most helpful and not pushy in any way from the beginning. Communication from the initial inquiry all the way to after it has been installed had been both friendly and helpful and we'd without a doubt recommend them to anyone and the positive reviews here just go to show. Delivery took about 8 weeks which was fine and they always kept me up to date. The price was very good value for money compared with their competitors and the installation team were incredibly professional and on-time. Although the spa fit where it needed to go, I underestimated how much space would be needed to swing it into position. We had to remove a fence panel, and whilst I took it in my own hands to quickly remove they went above and beyond and helped me with that. The spa itself it very good quality and feature wise very happy with it so far.

From the first contact through to delivery and installation Roman Spas have been fantastic. We never felt pressured into buying our hot tub. Nalam consulted and recommended the ideal hot tub for us and she wasn't wrong. It is superb. Alex and Ben the delivery team couldn't do enough for us. They didn't leave until we assured them we were completely satisfied. We unfortunately had a leak from the tub after they left but one phone call to the office and Alex was back within an hour and resolved the issue. He also stayed for a further hour to make sure the hot tub was up and running for us. Fantastic all round service and we would highly recommend Roman Spas to anyone thinking about getting a hot tub.

We bought a Roman spa just before Christmas, the delivery, installation and communication were excellent. We needed a part for the hot tub which had broken unfortunately, I spoke to Roman spas and within 2 days they had sent us a new part and a video of how to install it. The support from the company was excellent. I have also asked questions and recieved responses very quickly. Impressed to say the least with the customer service. Thank you

You will not find a better team, Nalam kept us informed from order to delivery & the technicians that delivered the hot tub couldn’t do enough for us, it wasn’t an easy install and it didn’t phase them at all. She also provided every bit of information needed both before and after delivery.The delivery team were equally as impressive. Arrived bang on time, friendly, speedy set up and went through all the control settings and answered all questions in a concise and knowledgeable way.We love the hot tub, so many cool features and really gives the garden that wow factor.I cannot recommend highly enough.

I spent a long time reviewing hot tub companies and looking at reviews. I cam across Roman Spas who although only had a small amount of reviews, they are all positive and the prices sounded great.I contacted the office and was told I could have a Hot tub within 2 weeks. Other companies were advertising really long waits. I decided on an Apollo Hot tub with a full installation service and lift cover. With all of this, the price is still better than most companies. I placed my order and within a day I was told I could have the hot tub in less than a week, which was great.On delivery day, the communication was great. The guys that delivered turned up on time and got to work. Nothing was too much trouble. They were even screwing things off a garage door to make sure the hot tub would fit and then replaced everything they removed.They filled up the tub and explained how to use it and what to with all the chemicals. There was a fair bit of info, but they reassured us that we could call with any questions.In summary, a great service and great prices. Thanks Roman Spas.
