Good selection of products at quite reasonable prices, but extremely helpful staff. It’s the latter that stood out to make me write this review.I was blown away by Andrew on the phone/ in the shop and especially the delivery driver (Mark) who went out of his way to drop timbers sleepers, top soil bag and gravel bag perfectly in the workspace (see sample picture).Ample parking outside the premises and delivery slot given was met. I had to return one sleeper timber as it was slightly split, but I had no issue with WEL collecting and swapping it quickly.Tip to management: I couldn’t find the entrance to the shop when I parked. Can you better sign post it please.

Hats off to Chris and the team there, i had been emailing on and off about a project and ordered it on an email. He told me that they closed at 5.00pm but would be able to sort me out if i got there around 4.30. I arrived at 4.45 and I Got another colleague and Chris helping me load up and get all the order ready ready until 5.30pm. Good customer service needs to be appreciated and i know there is a random couple of bad ones on here but i never got any bad vibes whilst there and the showroom/warehouse has everything you need for construction timber. many thanks guys, you are our preferred supplier from now on.

Great prices, Great staff

Unfairly advertising a price on Marketplace yet when you try to order they tell you a much more expensive price which I found much better prices elsewhere so not a professionally run company.Also ironically I've seen many other people's reviews stating the same thing!

WEL BM was recommended by a friend. It was easy to order what I wanted online and delivery came next day. I happened to be out when it arrived but the driver went above and beyond to make the delivery and in the place that I had requested. Couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use again.

Rang Thursday to check they were open on Easter Saturday to be told yes from 7am until noon. Got there at 7am and waited until 9:10 before leaving. Wouldn't have been too bad if I lived locally but it was a 170 mile round journey and 5 hours of my life I'll never get back!While waiting met several other customers who had been told they were open and a few also said the service was poor!

Ordered aggregates from them however they delivered one day late and the communication was horrendous. Person on the phone promised Monday they turned up Tuesday. Did not care that they mad a mistake and did not take any ownership and didn’t offer any solutions. Would definitely NOT USE AGAIN. Zero communication skills and did not even confirm my order. Product was as expected experience was very poor. Complete lack of ownership.

Had a few deliveries from WEL and everyone has been without issue. Really helpful on the phone and they have delivered when I have asked. Products are good quality and timber is particularly good. Drivers are really helpful and friendly - Thanks guys.

Amazing service from these guys!Their pricing is spot on and the service is brilliant. I ordered some shingle and ballast was delivered instead (my fault, as I should have clocked this when being unloaded), I emailed them late that day, the next morning before 08:00 it had been replaced with the correct item! I wasn't even aware till I looked in the bag :D - 10/10
