In shop purchase on 28th April in King's Road branch, very good experience. Polite, friendly and helpful assistant (showed me multiple options of what I was after and very patient and polite) nice atmosphere, would recommend.

Terrible customer service; inattentive, inconsiderate and rude. Stood for 30 minutes in a queue only to find that had been snared by false advertising about the terms of a discount offered. Wish I could give it zero stars. Do not go here.

The store was supposed to hold an item that was sold out in all other stores. When I arrived the item had been sold to someone else and the store manager did not even apologize but instead initially acted as if she had nothing to do with that. Completely unprofessional. I was there to exchange some items with the one that was supposed to be on hold for me and they did not even offer to give me a refund and tried to blame the mess-up on me! Very disappointed in the treatment.
