Rentokil have just completed eradicating dry rot from our house. Professional and efficient job provided by Rentokil. I found Mark Kennedy and Jeff Freeman to be polite, punctual and tidy! Bearing in mind the property was already a building site they left the hallway in a reasonable state and I appreciated the effort of removing some tape residue on the original hallway tiles. Great plastering job to the hallway which will require minimal decoration. My dealings with the office was also great with timely responses to queries and paperwork delivered in a timely fashion. I would certainly consider Rentokil for any future requirements.

We have recently had internal wall anti-salt deposit and external damp-proofing works carried out at our home in North London. After initial exploration online for specialist firms we arranged inspections and quotations, and went very quickly to Rentokil. We found the surveying and analysis that they provided, and the explanations of what would be required, to be thorough and customer - friendly at every point. Every part of the work was clearly brought into focus, and there was no attempt to magnify or ignore any issue. Each stage of the work was timed, the price for everything was then calculated and quoted exactly and we found it to be very fair by comparison,. In addition, the cost of the accompanying insurance and 30 year guarantee that was offered was more than reasonable. We knew we were in confident and expert hands.Supported at every stage by the surveyor, we carried out the preparatory removal of fittings from the walls as instructed prior to the arrival of the Rentokil workforce. To our amazement, the entire process of the removal of plaster, old internal chimney lining, preparation of surfaces and the application of different layers of subsequent render, was carried out by one exceptionally skilled man. Working alone with meticulous care, and managing unexpected difficulties as he met them, he made a painless, swift and clean operation of what could easily have turned our house into a filthy and unbreathable disaster zone. He opened the walls, prepared and then closed them again, finishing with precise and smooth new surfaces, within one day. Then on the second day he completed the external damp proofing in equally impressive manner. This is not easy to do. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have been the beneficiaries of such skills and high professional standards.This was necessary work and the house is all the better for it. We are glad to have been cared for by such an expert company, and relieved that we are now guaranteed against any deterioration that eg increased rain due to climate change may bring.
