I always feel that the best measure of a company is how they deal with problems. In this regard I was greatly reassured by the service received from the staff at Motorvogue Hyundai.I recently purchased a year old vehicle from them. The day after collecting it I noticed some damage to the rear wheel arch and rear door on the passenger side. Although I was sure that this damage was not present when I agreed to purchase the car, and I knew I had not done it after collection, I was concerned that I. may be in for a fight to get it repaired.Although they could have argued that I had damaged the car after collection, there was no suggestion of this. Just a sincere apology and the promise of a prompt repair, which was duly carried out free of charge to my complete satisfaction.My only slight criticism of Motorvogue is that there was often quite a wait to see a member of the sales team. This is not aimed a the staff themselves, who often seem rushed off their feet, but a suggestion that they are perhaps understaffed. This could, of course, be due to the fact that September is a very busy month with new vehicle registrations.

Have had the best experience with Fiat. As soon as we walked in the store we knew we would be purchasing our vehicle from here. Customer service was excellent and Georgina did her best to get us the best deal possible. Really happy with our experience and our new car!

Bought a new car from Motorvogue Norwich Fiat. They made it easy and very straight forward. Tom Crisp who we dealt with was very professional and personable. My only complaint was when calling on the main switch board, lots of layers to options and then no one answered.
